As Susan Stripling photographed Brylee Armstrong on New York's Lexington Avenue, a passerby on the sidewalk called out: "your hair looks gorgeous!" It was unclear if the pedestrian recognized Brylee, who is well known to fans of ABC's popular long-running series "Dancing With The Stars" as the doting wife of (pro) Brandon Armstrong.
