In Selecting A Wedding Venue, Some Couples
Like To Consider The Photos They'll Be Taking
In & Around The Venue's Neighborhood.

We often advise couples who are shooting an engagement session with their [wedding] photographer to consider a setting and overall look that will contrast their wedding photos. Sometimes, you can apply the same approach to the neighborhood around your venue. Lauren and David's wedding at Weylin in Brooklyn is a great example.
For their January 2018 wedding, Lauren and David wanted something cool and different. Their planner, Björn VW (Björn & Company Event Planning & Design) helped them find Weylin. The venue's bold, majestic, stylish interior made for a spectacular wedding with a gorgeous atmosphere (see: Take This Wedding To The BANK!). At the same time, Weylin's Williamsburg neighborhood offered a gritty, textured- but equally stylish- setting, full of character and charm.
Whether walking the blocks down to the East River, overlooking the Williamsburg Bridge and the Manhattan skyline...
...or taking over the streets with their bridal party...
...Weylin's neighborhood made for fantastic wedding images that offered a wonderful contrast to the photos taken inside Lauren and David's venue.
